Reclaiming Landscapes

Join artist Noel Maghathe for a 1-hour beeswax sculpture workshop. Noel will guide you in creating your own landscape through mini candles upon a wax block from a mold you will shape. Using beeswax, hemp wicks, and herbs to create your unique piece.During this workshop, we will discuss memories, stories, and visions of reclaiming lands taken. We will spend time sharing these stories and thoughts while creating this work together. We will also discuss how art can be a way to release energy and negative thoughts and share tools about mindfulness through art making.
